PSI Property Services has been contracted by the Board of Directors to repaint the fire lanes on the private streets throughout the community. Painting will take place in late November/early December as weather permits. The preparation required to clean the old paint off the curbs may produce large paint chips in the vicinity of the fire lanes. These chips need to dry before they can be blown and cleaned up, which may take a day or two. Large flakes will be removed prior to the completion of each section. Crews will rotate throughout the community to perform each of the three phases of work. The planned schedule is:
Day 1: Prepping of curbs, including jet blasting old paint which may produce large paint chips
Day 2: Blowing of leaves, debris, and paint chips to clean curbs and vicinity
Day 3: Painting of the curbs
Please pardon the mess during painting.
