List of affected HOA owned streets>>
Please keep an eye out for sidewalks marked with spray paint for replacement or sidewalks with temporary no parking signs for lifting and grinding. All vehicles parked adjacent to the sidewalks must be moved before 8:00 am on the day of repair. The contractor requires that vehicles be moved at least 10 feet (10’) from the work area. You can park your vehicle in other parking spaces that are not designated for repair. If any vehicle is parked in spaces near the sidewalks or obstructing the work, it will be relocated.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we need to provide enough space for the repair crew to work and protect your vehicles from possible damage. In the event of inclement weather, the schedule will be pushed to the next day. Please contact Broadlands Association at 703-729-9704 or info@broadlandshoa.com if you have any questions.
