Annual Meeting of the Membership, May 3rd

The Annual Meeting of the Members of Broadlands Association, Inc. will be held virtually at 7:00pm on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. The purpose of the annual meeting this year is to elect three (3) members to serve three-year terms expiring May 2026.

The Election of Directors voting process is overseen by an independent third-party inspector of elections. Your Board of Directors has contracted The Inspectors of Election (TIE) to provide that function for this election cycle. They have mailed out voting information to owners the week of April 1st which contains online voting instructions as well as paper voting:

  • Broadlands Live! – Summer Concert Series – Currently looking for sponsorship recruiters and ID checkers at events. Next planning meeting is April 25th, 10:00am at our Clubhouse, 43360 Rickenbacker. Can’t make the meeting but still want to volunteer, email broadlandslive@broadlandshoa.com
