The April Board of Directors Meeting has been postponed from Tuesday, April 12th to Wednesday, April 27th.
The Annual Meeting has been postponed from Tuesday, May 3rd to Tuesday, May 10th.
The May Board of Directors Meeting has been postponed from Tuesday, May 10th to Tuesday, May 17th.

This social distancing event will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Please enter the Community Center parking lot coming from Claiborne Parkway. Turn on to Waxpool Road (towards the direction of the Community Center) & enter parking lot entrance on the right. Drivers will ONLY be able to make a right hand turn into the Community Center. Fitness Center has New Card Reader
On Monday, March 14, 2022, our fitness center access control system was replaced with an upgraded card reader. There are a small group of legacy cards that may not be compatible to unlock the fitness door. These cards can be identified by the brand name XceedID. If you are a card holder with this particular brand or are experiencing issues with opening the fitness door using another type of card, please contact the HOA office at info@broadlandshoa.com or 703-729-9704 to make arrangements to obtain a replacement card.
