To register your child(ren) for Friday’s event, please click on the Registration Form button below. This form is fillable, so you can download it and type directly into it. However, you must print it out and bring it with you. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can complete the form at the event, but please be aware that there may be a line for check-in.

Welcome to the Broadlands Events Sponsorship page, where you can learn about partnering with our association to better engage with our community. Please review the following 2024 Sponsorship Kit and complete the sponsorship request form below. Questions? Email Crystal at events@broadlandshoa.com

2024 Sponsorship Kit

Application Process: After submitting this form, you will receive a notification confirming the receipt of your application and its approval status. All payments must be made within 48 hours of receiving approval for your application. Applications will not be processed without payment.

  2. Check Payments –  please send a check payable to Broadlands Association at 21907 Claiborne Parkway, Broadlands, VA 20148. Please email events@broadlandshoa.com to ensure your application is not cancelled with mailed checks.

Broadlands Association Sponsorship Program Agreement

  1. For all sponsored events, Broadlands Association is responsible for the management of all functions and will manage all arrangements with other suppliers, as necessary. Broadlands Association will collaborate with sponsors to coordinate their sponsored function.
  2. All sponsors must submit a current company logo and company description no later than 60 days prior to the event. The logo must be in a high-resolution electronic format (jpeg. png or eps format is preferred). The logos shall always remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the sponsor company and shall be used by Broadlands Association in a professional manner to signify the sponsor’s support of Broadlands events and shall not be revised or altered in any way by Broadlands Association without permission. The use of the logos does not grant Broadlands Association any rights beyond the terms and conditions of this limited license. The company logo and company description should be sent to Crystal Boswell, the Events Manager at events@broadlandshoa.com.
  3. I agree to the payment Instructions, Terms and Conditions. If not paid in full, a 50% payment is required at the signing of this agreement and is nonrefundable to secure sponsorship.  The remaining balance of the Sponsorship fee is due in full no later than 90 days prior to the event. If a balance remains unpaid, the Association reserves the right to withhold sponsorship benefits but will collaborate with the sponsor to reassign to another event. There are no refunds given on sponsorships.
  4. Broadlands Association reserves the right to decline any sponsorship opportunities for any reason, including level exclusivity and if applicable; previous sponsorship commitment not met.
  5. I agree with the Photo Release Disclaimer.
