Fall Yard Sale, Oct 1

Come shop and sell at private residences throughout the Broadlands neighborhood on Saturday, Oct 1, 2022 from 8am-2pm, rain or shine. To participate:

Residents do not have to be on the list of participants to be part of the yard sale. The HOA will be publicizing the yard sale in the LoudounTimes-Mirror and The Washington Post.

Middle School Pool Party Sat, Aug 20

Come celebrate the beginning of the new school year with your friends on Saturday, August 20th from 6:30-9:00pm at the Southern Walk pool.  All rising 2022-2023, 6th, 7th and 8th grade Broadlands Residents are welcome! Enjoy music, swimming, games, pizza, desserts and more! We need volunteers to make this event a success!

  • EMERGENCY CONTACT FORM REQUIRED – Middle Schoolers can only attend with a completed emergency contact form. Download, fill out, print and bring to event: MS-Pool-Party-Emerg-Form 2022.fillable
  • Only middle school aged children and volunteer chaperones permitted
  • The HOA is not responsible for kids who leave the party premises
