New Pool Registration is Now in Progress for 2020! No More Physical Passes!

DON’T WAIT! REGISTER AND COME IN NOW FOR PICTURES TO AVOID LONG LINES DURING THE SEASON!

YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR HOUSEHOLD BEFORE COMING IN FOR PHOTOS! Due to concerns with COVID-19, the Nature Center building will be closed until March 31, 2020. Therefore pictures will be handled as follows: Photos will be performed out front of the building to avoid contact.  Please contact the office to confirm availability and we would be happy to meet you out front.

Arbor and Van Metre Apartment tenants may access Broadlands pools by purchasing a membership. The 2020 fee for a household membership is $200. You must pay prior to registering HERE>>

Fitness Center

UPDATE 5/10/19: The new part has been installed. Please contact the HOA office at 703-729-9704 if you continue to have problems opening the front door using your key card.

UPDATE 5/3/19: The part for the fitness center has arrived and service is scheduled for Friday, May 10th. We will update the website once the part has been replaced.

UPDATE 4/16/19 pm: After several adjustments made to the door over the past couple of weeks, we had another technician service the door this afternoon to find a solution. A part is on order, however, we do not have an ETA on delivery and install as of now. An update will be provided once we have more information. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

UPDATE 4/16/19 am: The fitness door is scheduled to be serviced again this evening due to problems with opening the door. You are permitted to use the fitness center now, however, you may experience this issue with the door not opening. We apologize for this inconvenience and will update once we have confirmation from the technician.

UPDATE 4/3/19: Service has been performed on the front door of the Fitness Center and should now be working properly. Please contact the HOA office at 703-729-9704 to report any further issues.

Verizon Fios Questions

Please direct ALL inquiries through the SWHOA Verizon Fios Transition website: www.swhoab.com (including filing personal property DAMAGE claims from the construction).

Update as of 2/27/19:

Verizon Fios service is now live for the first 305 homes in the Southern Walk.  The first phase includes the streets listed below.

Ordering details are posted at www.swhoab.com. Please only use the ordering instructions located at that link, do not order Fios online – the order won’t go through.  Reminder: A Southern Walk HOA Account delinquency could affect ordering and service activation. Southern Walk expects to announce the delivery timeline for the next series of homes in the upcoming weeks. Once your service is turned on, you can contact OpenBand about canceling any OpenBand services if you choose. OpenBand will schedule an appointment with you to pick up video equipment at your home.
