The Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board be comprised of nine people elected to serve in staggered terms of three years each. The Board of Directors Meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm.
To submit comments for the board meeting, email Sarah at Sarah@Broadlandshoa.com. Residents can observe the open portion of meetings and can address the board during the ‘Member Forum’ at the beginning. Meetings are currently held virtually via Zoom.
