Tennis & Pickleball
There are nine tennis courts in our community, which are available exclusively for residents of the Broadlands Association, Inc. Before using the courts, please take a moment to review the COURT RULES. Lessons and events are organized by Blue Chip Sports Management; see the contact information below for details. Courts can be reserved using the Court Reserve app on your smartphone. BROADLANDS HOA RESIDENCY IS VERIFIED BEFORE REGISTRATION IS APPROVED.
COURT HOURS ENFORCED
Per the rules, ALL Broadlands courts are available for use only between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily. Playing outside of these hours is strictly prohibited. Users who do not follow these rules may have their privileges revoked.
Court Locations (9 Tennis/ 6 Pickleball)
Court Lights

The courts at Claiborne Parkway and Hillside Park (Stone House) have lighting available between 7 AM to 8 AM and 4 PM to 10 PM, daily. The Broadlands Station and Villages courts are not lit due to nearby residences. Please turn off the light switch when you are finished, even if they have shut off automatically at 8AM or 10PM. If lights switches are left on, lights will turn back on during the times noted. If you see the lights on when the courts are not in use, please turn them off.
- Claiborne Parkway courts – switch is located on a pedestal outside the fence at the entrance.
- Hillside Park courts – switch is located on a pedestal outside the fence near the portable restroom.

Racquet Sports Committe Meeting
If you would like to be part of the Racquet Sports Committee to review condition of courts, provide recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding upgrades or improvements, work with the tennis pro to collaborate on programming offered, and entertain feedback from residents regarding the courts or programming offered, please email broadlandstennis@gmail.com
