2024 BROADLANDS MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS
Please ensure your payment system reflects the correct amount. Assessment coupons are mailed to owners not enrolled in ClickPay recurring payments. To sign up for ClickPay or make payments, visit www.ClickPay.com/FirstService. For assistance, call 888-354-0135 (option 1). Select “pay balance in full” to avoid future updates. Southern Walk Assessments – *The monthly rate will decrease to $20 per month beginning June 1, 2024 and will remain at that rate until December 31, 2024. Please make sure that the SW HOA assessment and the Broadlands HOA assessment are paid separately to prevent any issues with each account. We have been informed that ClickPay has changed the name that will appear on your bank/credit card statement when paying your assessments. The new name that will appear is “PROPRTYPAY” instead of “BROADLANDS Assoc”. NOTICE FROM FSR: Please be advised that beginning July 15, 2024, ClickPay has been authorized BY FSR to implement a $3.00 convenience fee for any owner making a one-time payment on their portal. Owners selecting this payment option will see this additional amount added to their total amount prior to approving the payment. Please note that owners can still choose to pay their assessments at no cost:
· Recurring ACH through ClickPay – Owners can select a pre-determined date for their funds to be withdrawn from their bank account
· Online Banking Bill Pay – Owners use their bank online bill-pay platform
· Mailing Checks to the lockbox – Owners can mail their checks to the lockbox with their assessment coupon or invoice
We encourage owners to set-up recurring payments or bank bill-pay at no cost. These options ensure the timely receipt of payments to the association and reduce the number of questions and issues related to one-time payment processing, and delays with the postal service delivering checks. While this might only affect a small number of the owners, as many of them already use the no cost options listed above, we wanted you to be aware in case you are contacted by an owner inquiring about this change.
PAYMENT OVERVIEW:
1. Pay via ClickPay: Partners with FirstService Residential to allow you the opportunity to submit payments directly to them through our online portal. With ClickPay you can set up an automatic payment schedule so that you have one less thing to worry about. Owners can logon to ClickPay via the FirstService Residential Connect® page, or directly at www.clickpay.com/firstservice. Through ClickPay, owners may make a recurring or one-time payment via e-check or credit card online or over the phone at 1-888-354-0135. Echeck payments are processed at no charge to the owner. Processing fees apply for all credit card payments. Please allow 3-5 business days, depending on the date/time and type of the payment, for the payment to reflect on your Assessment account to avoid any potential late fees. 2. Pay by Check: Should you choose to pay by check or money order, please make payable to Broadlands Association, Inc. and mail to Broadlands Association, Inc., c/o FirstService Residential, P.O. Box 30403, Tampa, FL 33630-3403.
