Non-Residents
Broadlands pool season runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. The Board of Directors offers outside household memberships to NON-HOA residents. Outside members have access to the following pools: Southern Walk and Community pools. The Summerbrooke pool is not open to NON-HOA residents.
New Members? Payment is required upfront to register online via Cellbadge for virtual member passes; no physical passes will be issued. Once registered, only payment is needed for future seasons unless your status changes. A valid virtual pool pass is required to enter Broadlands pool facilities; only Southern Walk and Community Pools are available to Non-Residents. Memberships are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and Non-Resident Memberships are limited and issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Individual memberships or daily passes are not available.
Members Last Year? For those who were members last year, keep an eye on your inbox! In early spring, you should receive an email offer to renew your membership. There’s no need to re-register; simply complete your payment below to continue enjoying the pool facilities this season.

| $525 – (Full Season Early Bird) if purchased by April 30, 2025, by 5:00pm. Only covers up to 5 household members. |

| $150 – Have more than 5 household members? This is the cost for each additional household member once an Outside Pool Membership has been purchased. Select “Additional Member” in Step 1 below to pay for more members. |
| $100 – Guest Visits (sold in increments of 10 visits) Outside Members must accompany their guests at the pools. Guest passes can be purchased anytime during the season. To buy one, select “Guest Pass” under STEP 1 and email pools@broadlandshoa.com to add it to your account. Allow 3 business days for processing; requests made on weekends or holidays will be reviewed the next business day. Pay & Register for Pool Membership
PLEASE READ FIRST! If you completed Steps 2-5 for your household members in prior seasons, you only need to pay for this season’s membership. If unsure, email pools@broadlandshoa.com to verify. Please use the following buttons to pay for your membership.
Create Your Virtual Pool Pass Account
STEP 1 – CREATE HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNT: STOP! if you have already registered in previous seasons, please just pay using the links above. We will reactivate your account once payment is received. Otherwise, register at Cellbadge.com/Broadlands/register, to create a household account. Enter your street number and name only (no suffixes). Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation. Registration remains pending until all 4 steps are completed.
STEP 2 – ACQUIRE PIN: After receiving confirmation from Step 1, go to the registration site and follow the “Enter or Update Household Members” instructions to request a one-time PIN for Step 3. You’ll need to click “Request PIN” each time you access your account at cellbadge.com/broadlands/register.
STEP 3 – ADD HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS: Enter your PIN to access the Household Members page, and add all household members aged 5 or older, including childcare providers living with you. PLEASE SELECT “OUTSIDE–ADULT” OR “OUTSIDE-CHILD” AS THE RELATION (See Relations Info below for clarification.) After completion, verify the agreement with facility terms and click Complete Registration. Approval may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a text/email indicating acceptance of your Broadlands HOA registration. Remember to submit photos to gain access to the pools.
Select the appropriate “Relation” category when adding members:
- Outside – Adult: Anyone age 18 and older must provide a valid photo ID showing proof of your residency at the registered address. Select “Outside-Adult” as the relation when adding them to your household account.
- Outside – Child: Children aged 5 years or older by June 1 must be added to the household account for the upcoming pool season and require a photo. Select “Outside-Child” as the relation when adding them to your household account if under 18. Children who turn 13 or 18 need to have their relation status updated. To add or change a household member’s status, create a pin and visit the registration site. Children under 5 do not require a photo, but it’s recommended to add their name to the pool account. An additional $150 fee is charged per person over 5 members prior to adding.
- Children aged 13-15 must pass a swim test to be admitted unaccompanied by an adult.
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult member at all times.
STEP 4 – PHOTOS: Email headshots of all household members aged 5 & up (adults must provide proof of residency). Picture processing hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm:
Acceptable Photos & Restrictions:
- Adults should email copies of drivers’ licenses as they are required to show proof of residency showing the picture, address, name, and date of birth. For security reasons, all other information can be crossed off. If the ID does not reflect the registered address, then settlement papers, utility bills, or a change of address card may be emailed.
- Children aged 5 and older, email a current headshot or ID. If aged 4 and under, no photo is required.
- Photos NOT accepted – NO PHOTOS WITH HATS OR SUNGLASSES. NO GROUP PHOTOS. Lifeguards need to be able to identify members easily for speedy check-in.
How to Submit Photos:
- Email photo(s) in either jpg or png format to pools@broadlandshoa.com.
- Subject line of the email should be written as: “pool photos – household lastname”
- Save and attach each member photo as a separate file to your email using the naming convention: “address.firstname” (i.e., 42001Ridgeway.Susan)
- All member names must correspond with the registered names in your Cellbadge pool account to allow for proper import. Photos will be added within 3 business days.
Ready to go to the pools!
- Entering the pool: After the staff uploads photos and confirms your registration is complete, your virtual pool passes are ready. Remember, there are no physical pool passes provided – just head to the pools and state your name and address to the lifeguard so they can verify that your virtual pool pass is valid in the pool system.
- Future seasons: Since you only register one time, no additional actions are required for future pool seasons unless there are changes in the age or residency of household members.

Rules
A valid virtual pool pass is required for admittance into all Broadlands pool facilities. Virtual pool passes will be verified each time a member is checked in and admitted to a pool facility. Pool membership may be temporarily suspended or revoked for failing to comply with the pool rules or for disorderly or disruptive behavior. Broadlands reserves the right to reject any outside pool membership for any reason at any time at the sole discretion of management. The Board of Directors of Broadlands Association, Inc. offering is valid for the current season only. The Board of Directors will review the issue of Outside Memberships on an annual basis. Failure to comply with the pool rules or disorderly or disruptive behavior may result in temporary suspension or revocation of your pool membership.
