Annual Meeting of the Membership, Wednesday, May 10, 2017, doors open at 6:30 PM, Meeting begins at 7:00 PM at the Broadlands Clubhouse, 43360 Rickenbacker Square
To access the TIEiVOTE™ online system, please visit www.tieivote.com and enter the username and password provided in either the election package mailed to the owner(s) or the email, if a valid email address was available.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO USE THE EXACT USERNAME AND PASSWORD COMBINATION PROVIDED TO TAKE YOU TO THIS YEAR’S ELECTION EVENT.
Once properly logged into the system, you will be able to view an official notice and information of the annual meeting, view materials regarding the vote(s), and the online proxy to place your vote(s). Please take advantage of this system.
Note: If your paper proxy is received by mail, you will be able to login into the system but locked out of the online proxy. If your paper proxy is received by mail and you have already voted online, your paper proxy will be voided.
