Flicks in the Sticks…POSTPONED to Sat, Aug 25!

Due to the damp conditions and potential rain, tonight’s movie is POSTPONED until Saturday, August 25 at 8:15 pm. This movie is 2:32 minutes long, hence the slightly earlier start time.

Join your fellow residents for some fun and popcorn on the Nature Center lawn and be entertained by Star Wars: The Last Jedi on Saturday, August 25 at 8:15 pm. This will be the last Flicks in the Sticks movie night for this season, so don’t miss out! For details on this event, click here>>

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our residents. As we’re sure you can understand, we cannot hold this event when it is raining due to our large screen and the electrical equipment needed to project the movie.

Broadlands Technology Committee

An incorrigibly self-serving exiled squirrel finds himself helping his former park brethren raid a nut store to survive, that is also the front for a human gang’s bank robbery. PG, 85 mins

Bring a picnic dinner – or pick up something from one of the great local restaurants – and stake out your spot on the Nature Center lawn. Coolers, lawn chairs, and picnic blankets are welcome. Free popcorn and drinks are provided. This is a popular event, so come early for a good seat! Movies will begin shortly after sundown – as soon as it’s dark. The times listed are approximate. Reservations not required. In the event of inclement weather, check the website to see if this event is cancelled or rescheduled. One lucky person will take home the DVD of that night’s movie in a random drawing from all attendees. Tickets for the drawing are distributed before the movie starts. Drawing will be held immediately after the movie and winner must be present. Flicks in the Sticks is a FREE event for Broadlands residents and their guests ONLY and is brought to you by the HOA Technology Committee.
