Broadlands offers two full-sized basketball courts for your enjoyment, with one located near the Broadlands HOA Administrative Office at 21907 Claiborne Parkway, adjacent to the tennis courts, and the other behind the Southern Walk Pool at 43081 Village Drive.

Basketball Rules

1. Courts may only be used by Broadlands Association Residents & their Guests
2. All persons using the Common Area Basketball Courts do so at their own risk. Broadlands Association assumes NO responsibility for any accident or injury in connection with such use or for any loss and/or damage to personal property.
3. The Association may reserve any of the courts as approved by the Board of Directors. Reserved times will be posted at courts at least 48 hours prior to reservation.
4. Courts may not be used for any purpose other than basketball. (No skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, etc.)
5. No glass containers permitted on the court.
6. Only appropriate sport shoes should be worn on the court.
7. Proper attire and language is required.
