• Posts & Mailbox Colors:
  • Brown posts: Use paint color by Behr in #SC-105 Padre Brown from Home Depot.
  • White posts: In Overland Park, use paint color by Behr in Ultra Pure White Exterior Flat 4050 or Satin 4090) from Home Depot.
  • Mailbox: In Overland Park, use paint color by Rust-Oleum in Hunter Green Gloss – Oil Based.
• Mailbox and Post Replacements: Mainstreet Mailboxes at 8757 Virginia Meadows Drive, Manassas, VA, offers replacement mailbox units for single-family homes in Broadlands. When ordering, please reference your mailbox style using the Styles by Street link above. They handle installation, numbering, painting, and debris removal. • Application Requirements: No application is required for the identical replacement of an existing, standard approved mailbox or post.  However, any variance in material, color, size, or style from the original mailbox or post requires an application.  If you wish to apply for a non-standard mailbox style, please refer to our website at www.broadlandshoa.org/exterior-modifications.

Access Issues: Non-Functioning or Lost Keys: You must contact the local post office to request a replacement. The HOA does not have access to individual boxes.

Maintenance Issues: If you encounter any sort of maintenance issues with the cluster mailboxes (other than key or access-related) for the townhomes, Park Glen Villas, and Hillside, please submit a Common Area Maintenance Request using the following link:
