Notary Services Now Offered From HOA Office
Notary services are available at the HOA office, Monday – Friday, by appointment only. The fee is $5.00 per notarized document. Appointments are offered between 9:30am and 3:30pm. To schedule an appointment, please call 703-729-9711.

To assure prompt service:
- Please sign all documents in the presence of the notary.
- Please bring a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or U.S. military ID.
- All documents must be in English.
- If your documents require a witness, please arrange to bring one with you.
