Condominium Information

Broadlands is the Master Association for the condos; however, each condominium association is managed by another entity, a third party management company, overseen by a Board of Directors made of up members of the respective association. The monthly assessment you pay to the condominium management company includes the common area assessment listed below for Broadlands Association. The management company will make the payment to Broadlands on your behalf, so you do not need to worry about setting up an account with us.
