Broadlands 3rd-5th Grade Halloween Party 2025

The HOA is not responsible for minors who leave the premises.

  • When:  Friday, October 17, 2025, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Where: Community Center, 43004 Waxpool Rd
  • Who: Broadlands Kids
  • How: Register your child(ren) below.
  • Drop-off/Pick-up: Drop-off is between 6:00 and 6:30 PM. The CC parking lot will be closed, so please park at the Old Stone House, near the Dunkin’ Donuts, or another nearby location and walk over. All children MUST be accompanied by an adult to leave.
  • Want to stay at the party…then volunteer? Parents are NOT allowed to stay unless they volunteer! Sign up to volunteer HERE>> or email events@broadlandshoa.com.
2025 Kids Halloween Party – Registration & Consent
Parental/Legal Guardian Consent: We, the undersigned parents/legal guardians of a minor(s), consent to their participation in the Broadlands Association, Inc. event. We agree to the following: (1) Participants must be respectful to volunteers, staff, and guests, and follow all safety rules and instructions. Participants displaying harmful behavior, physical or emotional, towards themselves or others will be contacted for pickup. (2) The HOA is not responsible for any minors who leave without permission. (3) Broadlands Association, Inc. reserves the right to use photos and videos of participants for promotional purposes without identifying them by name. (4) By completing this form, we give permission for our minor(s) to attend. Parents must sign up as chaperones to stay at the event due to limited space.
