Clear the Clang: FREE Community Metal Collection

The HOA is pleased to partner with Heritage Landscape Services (HLS) to host a free community metal pickup event, providing residents with a convenient and responsible option for disposing of eligible scrap metal. Accepted materials must be metal only, properly broken down, and free of fluids. Items will be collected curbside by HLS, making it easy to clear out garages, yards, and sheds while supporting a clean and sustainable community. Residents Only.
Important Information:
- Pickup days are May 5th & 6th. Be sure to have your items out by 6:00am. You will be notified directly if pickup changes.
- Please review the list of restricted and accepted items in advance. If you have questions or are unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact the HLS rep directly at Hvasquez@hls-llc.com for confirmation and include a photo, if necessary.
- Please leave items at the curb.

Restrictions:
- Items must be broken down as noted in the list below
- Items must be 200 lbs or less (each piece)
- If you are unsure if an item will be accepted, please submit a photo to Hvasquez@hls-llc.com and details.
Items Not Accepted:
- E-bikes
- Refrigerators or appliances containing refrigerant
- Items containing fluids, unless fully drained
- Non-metal items attached (plastic, wood fabric) unless removed
