Should you have questions after reviewing the information below, please contact the HOA office at info@broadlandshoa.com or call 703-729-9704 and press 0.
1
Owner
If an owner wishes to transfer their access to Broadlands Amenities to their tenant—this includes the pools, fitness center, tennis court reservation system, and Community Center rentals—they must complete the online Absentee Owner Statement (AOS) and Lease Form provided below.
The submitted lease must be fully executed and signed by both the owner and the tenant. Please note that amenities will be issued to either the owner or the tenant, but not to both parties at the same time.
2
Tenant
When an owner submits the online Absentee Owner Statement (AOS) and Lease form, it then transfers their facility access to the tenant. Once the HOA has confirmed receipt, the tenant can begin the application process to use the amenities. Please click the Amenities button to access information on each facility and review instructions on how to register.
3
Renewal
Tenants will have access to amenities until the end of their lease. If a tenant decides to extend or renew their lease, the property owner is required to submit a new online AOS & Lease form before the current lease ends. If this is not done, the tenant’s access to amenities will be deactivated once the lease expires.
